As a | | key member of the Sports Performance Leadership Team, the Director | | leads the Olympic Strength and Conditioning vertical, working | | collaboratively with other Sports Performance disciplines to ensure | | holistic support of student-athletes. | | | | In this role, the Director oversees the Olympic Strength and | | Conditioning staff, managing personnel, facilities, and budget | | operations. They are also responsible for creating alignment in | | training philosophies and methodologies across the staff to ensure a | | consistent, best practices approach to physical development.
