Job Responsibilities:
Climbing ladders for maintenance tasks
Lawn care and snow removal as needed
Ceiling tile and light fixture replacement
Basic painting and drywall repair skills
HVAC system upkeep including filter changes and motor maintenance
General equipment maintenance and repair
Routine housekeeping duties and other assigned tasks
