Novelis Corporation. seeks a Lead Technical Service Representative in Novi Michigan to Provide support to teams involved on Mexico operations (Logistics, AMS, Quality, etc.). Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business, or other analytical field or a related field or foreign equivalent and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in large complex manufacturing environment, in either aluminum, casting, automotive, rolling and / or recycling. Full term of experience must include working in Stamping and Blanking; Working with Quality and Customer support; and practical application of aluminum alloys; Reviewing and working with direct manufacturing process and business policy and practices; Working in Matrix organization, ETQ and SAP; and Working in Structured Corrective Action Process - 8D.
