Description and Requirements

General Description:

We are looking for an entry level validation engineer for AI/GPU with a solid background in GPU for a position in Lenovo Infrastructure Solution Group (ISG) Product Assurance (PA) Monterrey team. This role will work closely with WW-Development and WW-PA teams to test the development of new functionalities on GPU. This role will work closely with the Development PA teams to develop new functions and functionalities. Responsibilities will include defect discovery and documentation, debug efforts, execution of test plans and train team members.

Applicants must have a strong background in GPU. The candidate needs experience executing Test Cases, addressing daily activities, identifying, and resolving blocking issues with Development teams.

Job responsibilities:

  • Provide development of GPU for Product Assurance validation efforts.

  • Work cross-team within PA US and Asia with Development to ensure efficiency and quality.

  • Gather / present status.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience in GPUs in server industry.

  • Server architecture

  • Basic knowledge of server OS’s (RedHat, SuSE, Windows, VMWare ESXi, Hyper-V) and virtual machines

  • GPU experience with Drivers, CUDA Toolkit, NVQual, NVLink.

  • Understanding of servers, server HW, and server firmware

  • Understanding of PA, development, and unit test processes
