Description and Requirements
Project Tracking and Reporting:
Monitor and track the progress of multiple transformation projects to ensure they are on schedule, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.
Prepare and present regular project status reports, dashboards, and other documentation for senior leadership and stakeholders.
Identify potential risks, issues, and bottlenecks in project timelines and recommend corrective actions.
Data Analysis and Insights:
Analyze project data to generate insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of transformation initiatives.
Create visualizations and presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
Coordination and Collaboration:
Work closely with project managers, team leads, and other stakeholders to gather project data and ensure alignment with overall transformation objectives.
Support the planning and coordination of project meetings, workshops, and other activities.
Facilitate communication between project teams, ensuring that information is shared effectively across the organization.
Tool and System Management:
Maintain and update the project management tools and systems used by the Transformation Office.
Train team members on the use of project management tools and ensure adherence to standard processes and methodologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to project tracking tools.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance project tracking processes and tools.
Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices within the Transformation Office.
Participate in lessons learned sessions to improve future project planning and execution.
