Ensuring production support by managing the personnel in charge
KPIs management through the establishment of action plans for improvement focused on failures and findings found in the manufacturing process
Implementation and monitoring of new global projects
Supervision and assurance of the activities of BIOS, NPI, Assembly and Packaging supervisors and technicians
KPis presentations to management
