Nestle Teamleader Maintenance Processing in NUNSPEET, Netherlands

Teamleader Maintenance Processing, this is your challenge:

As Teamleader Maintenance Processing you are responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the processing maintenance team in order to ensure the efficient and effective operation of equipment, machinery, and facilities and to ensure that all maintenance activities enhance people's and product's safety, product quality, protection of the environment and Operations performance, by providing engineering professional and technical leadership to the Production line in the factory. Doing so in line with corporate guidelines, and Nestle standards.

Teamleader Maintenance Processing you have the following responsibilities:

  • Secure compliance to the process mastership standard, to prevent accidents, have a sustainable production and continuous improvement;

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, and promoting a safe working environment for the Processing maintenance team;

  • Enable high performance Operations, providing assets' Maintenance according to the Nestlé Strategy (using TPM as the multi-disciplined approach to maintain/improve fixed assets, and AMM to manage their life cycle);

  • Support and contribute to have a proper technical store management;

  • Built the maintenance budget (zero base), ensuring justification, request, implementation, reporting and tracking in line with local and Nestle Guidelines;

  • Ensure optimum energy/water consumption at factory level, by implementing proper M&I activities to the factory assets;

  • Responsible for the installation, maintenance, improvement, and retirement of all equipment under your responsibility;

  • Manages maintenance and people resources in such a way that all engineering activities in your area of responsibilities are in line with NCE, enhancing business objectives, product quality and operations/plants performance;

  • Training and mentoring processing maintenance team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge;

  • Collaborating with other departments, such as production or engineering, and promote smooth collaboration with Local Leadership Teams, other departments and team leaders;

  • Support or coach the processing maintenace team to follow-up / coordinate escalations within the department;

  • Coordinate service agreements with third parties;

  • Create an investment plan and road map for production sustainability and exceptional maintenance.

As Teamleader Maintenance Processing you report to the Head of Engineering and you are part of the Engineering department of Nestlé Netherlands in Nunspeet.

What we are looking for in our Teamleader Maintenance Processing?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the direction of mechanical or maintenace Engineering with a minimum experience in areas of engineering, maintenance, reliability, in an industrial manufacturing environment;

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team;

  • Ability to Coach and develop people and enable results through others;

  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to quickly address maintenance issues and make sound judgments;

  • Proven knowledge of Preventive and Predictive maintenance methodologies and technologies;

  • Proven experience in the execution of Reliability methodologies such as BDA, GSTD, Statistical downtime analysis etc.;

  • Excellent communication in Dutch and English, team interaction and presentation skills;

  • The skills to work independently as well as lead/participate on cross functional teams;

  • Proven experience as a self-starter who effectively manages multiple tasks and achieves results with minimal supervision.
