Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for process, content, and lead generation Support the maintenance and development of all internal tools, including credentials database, CRM, tracking capabilities, Constant Contact Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to brokerage team, and provide instructions for use or promotion Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and open houses by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customer data, and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership What sets you apart. 0-2 years of experience in an administrative support role preferred Commercial real estate experience a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word) Experience with Social Media networks, Constant Contact, Squarespace and Adobe InDesign encouraged NAI Hiffman: Client-focused, People-centered.
