JOB DESCRIPTION

Sr. Field Marketing Specialist the Enterprise Americas Sr. Field Marketing Specialist will drive quality segment strategy and pipeline creation/acceleration for accounts in select US Enterprise accounts, targeting our digital sized account market unit. This role reports to the Director of Commercial Field Marketing Enterprise Americas, and will collaborate with various cross functional marketing, sales, product marketing, market development, client development and marketing operations teams in this role.

This person understands field marketing. They possess a passion for the customer, a familiarity with the unique needs and behaviors of the customer and prospect buying personas, while having the ability to coordinate, arrange and prioritize campaigns, programs and tactics to drive pipeline and exceed revenue expectations.

Job Overview:

The Sr Field Marketing Specialist, drives the audience strategy while also planning, managing and overseeing the execution of the programs that generate interest and demand for pipeline and arr success. This individual will also work to evaluate campaign success and partner with inside market development reps and sales reps for follow up. They serve as the primary liaison between various marketing functions, field sales teams and fosters alignment amongst all Market Unit contacts.

The ideal candidate brings a passion for orchestrating and aligning strategy across multiple channels to drive demand, build pipeline and enable sales teams to exceed their quotas. He or she has proven success running data-driven marketing programs that deliver measurable growth; and a track record of collaborating with multiple groups to deliver the marketing tools they need to win. This Sr. Field Marketer wants to lead strategy and expand direct mail touchpoints to support cross market pipeline and ARR goals with key cross functional roles.

This individual will be responsible for partnering to drive scalable demand strategies and tactics with an eye toward creating new campaigns and strategies that can be leveraged in other areas throughout SAP Concur. They are process driven, creative and entrepreneurial, and are able to see the big picture while executing the tactics to achieve goals.

Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate the appropriate marketing mix, product focus, and target market to ensure a healthy pipeline to drive consistent growth within their assigned territory.

  • Partner with sales leadership to develop and implement pipeline acceleration programs

  • Forecast, measure, analyze, refine, improve and report on impact of programs

  • Proactively engage with the sales and product marketing teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities

  • Recognize and adapt marketing plans to changes in the marketplace for optimal success

  • Drive stakeholder management

  • Communicate campaign follow up with sales teams and leaders while closely monitoring progress

Qualifications

Education, Experience & Training required:

  • Degree level education with 5-10 years marketing experience in B2B industry

  • Experience developing and executing successful plans to drive pipeline and revenue

  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com), marketing automation (Eloqua/Marketo), analytics and business insight tools (Tableau).

  • Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, events and projects

  • Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market dynamics

  • Possess a passion for direct mail strategy and evolution

  • Knowledge of b2b sales cycle and how to identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution and sales opportunity acceleration

  • Ability to never lose sight of the big picture while executing and measuring ongoing programs for optimization

  • Commitment to professionalism and collegiality is required.

  • Strong desire to interpret data, create insights, and translate it into applicable campaigns.

Compensation Range Transparency : SAPbelieves the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 99,000 - 216,000 USD.The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills,experience, scope ofthe role, location, etc. as determinedthrough theselection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
