Job Title: Seasonal Laborer - Eastern Shore Solar Farm
Job Description
Join our team as a Seasonal Laborer at the Eastern Shore Solar Farm and contribute to the operations and maintenance functions of our established solar farms. This role involves maintaining vegetation and ensuring the smooth operation of solar farms located primarily on the Eastern Shore, with occasional work across the bridge in Virginia Beach and Chesapeake. The position starts in March and continues until December, with daily travel from home and occasional overnight stays.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Oak Hall, Virginia.
Work Environment
This is a full-time seasonal role with a typical schedule of 40 hours per week, working 10-12 hour shifts from Monday to Thursday, and occasional Friday shifts. Work begins daily at 7 AM, including three breaks (morning, lunch, and afternoon). The site is an active outdoor solar project where safety talks are held each morning. Required attire includes outdoor clothing and steel-toed boots.
