Are you energized by a warehouse operations role that allows you to enhance your leadership skills in a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment? If so, this Operations Shift Coordinator role could be an exciting opportunity to explore.
As a Warehouse Shift Coordinator , you will act as liaison between warehouse area team members with Engineering, Quality, packaging, Manufacturing, and EHS.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Support culture change initiatives within the department and across the site.
Promote safe working practices and standards of site EHS.
Manage continuous improvement projects throughout the department as assigned.
Initiate/ Maintain accurate and thorough documentation for all aspects of Warehouse operations, including but not limited to SOPs, WI’s and OJT’s
Update and review area procedural documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with a GDP standard.
Responsible for monitoring and resolving Adverse events such as investigations for deviations, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective/ preventative action plans (CAPA).
Participate in GEMBAs, Tier Board meetings and risk assessments to audit 5S, EHS, and GMP practices.
Preventing knowledge gaps by improving standard work and communication within shifts/ areas of site.
Advanced level of SAP knowledge to resolve inventory issues.
Serve as backup to First Line Leader during absences if needed.
Monitor waste generation and promote waste reduction initiatives.
Schedule, coordinate, and provide training as required to other associates in a classroom or hands on setting.
Maintain a safe and compliant warehouse environment.
Lead a team of employees and must be capable of coaching, training and developing them.
Attend/host meetings as necessary.
Flexibility to work different shifts, hours or schedules.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
High School diploma or GED equivalent
1 year of recent or consistent experience in a high energy, fast paced, cGMP Manufacturing or Warehouse environment.
Basic knowledge of computer systems. Must be able to navigate through Microsoft Outlook, Teams and ffice applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
2 + years of recent or consistent experience in a high energy, fast paced warehouse environment.
SAP or WMS experience
Self-starter/ Self motivated
Ability to work with little supervision.
Familiarity with Warehouse operations.
Flexibility to work extended hours to achieve results.
Effective communicator using both oral and written skills used at all levels of the organization
Ability to influence others to achieve results.
Utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills to produce solutions to meet business needs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
GMP/GDP knowledge
Demonstrate project management skills and ability to take on additional responsibilities in a leadership role.
Experience working in an FDA regulated environment
Familiarization and practical experience with executing validation of protocols and change controls.
Continuous improvement knowledge of Lean warehousing.
PIT certifications and experience

The salary range for this role is: $54,746 - 75,275 annually
