About the Role

The Desktop Support Analyst operates as a resource supporting information technology for a specific area. This role requires a wide breadth of knowledge within hardware, software, and peripherals. Employees will be part of a 25-person team, providing technical support to a large enterprise environment.

Responsibilities and Key Qualifications

  • Strong technical aptitude in break-fix for hardware, software (Google, Microsoft, etc.), and peripherals, ideally on Chrome, Windows, and Mac.

  • Highly organized individual with a focus on detail and following established procedures.

  • A self-starter who can work autonomously and is passionate about taking care of the customer.

  • Possess excellent customer focus/service with a demonstrated history of working in a customer-facing environment.

  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and insurance. Mileage and parking reimbursement is offered.

  • Must have COVID-19 vaccination.

  • Other duties as assigned.
