Adecco is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead and manage complex construction projects from initiation to completion. This role requires a strong technical background in utility, civil engineering, or construction, coupled with extensive experience in project financial management.

Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Lead cross-functional project teams, coordinating activities to ensure project goals are met.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and team members.
Manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Foster strong relationships with project stakeholders and external partners.
Facilitate project meetings and drive decision-making processes.
Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
Contribute t the development and implementation of project management best practices.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
4+ years of experience in financial management of projects valued at $5M+ (demonstrated on resume)
4+ years of experience with project management tools (P6, Microsoft Project, PowerBI, Unifier)
Proven field construction experience
Technical background in utility, civil engineering, or construction
PMP certification required
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
Pay Details: $63.00 to $66.00 per hour
