We are looking for a detail-oriented Electronic Assembler with soldering experience to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electronic components and systems, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to specifications. Responsibilities
Component Assembly: Assemble electronic components and subassemblies according to engineering drawings and specifications, ensuring accurate placement and alignment.
Soldering: Perform soldering tasks, including through-hole and surface mount soldering, to connect electronic components securely. Ensure quality and reliability of solder joints.
Quality Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of assembled products to identify defects or discrepancies, and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
Equipment Operation: Operate assembly tools and equipment, such as soldering irons, multimeters, and oscilloscopes, while adhering to safety protocols.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, including component usage and inspection results, as part of quality assurance.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members and engineers to improve assembly processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
