We are actively seeking an admin assistant who is ready to be the backbone of a team known for its stellar reputation in emergency electrical services and high-quality motor repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Follow up with customers and clients to ensure their inquiries have been addressed.
- Manage purchase orders, including tracking and receiving orders, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Accurately enter data into an internal system, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Organize and maintain paper files.
- Gather and merge information from multiple databases to streamline processesand improve efficiency.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
Key Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communicationskills
- Familiarity with engine/mechanical terminology a plus (not required)
