Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an REMOTE eCommerce Business Analyst / Project Manager with retail industry experience, with a company based out of New Jersey. In this role, you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with technical execution to deliver value to our customers. You will gather requirements, manage project timelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders, converting business needs into actionable technical specifications.
• Oversee project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring initiatives are delivered in a timely manner.
• Serve as the primary contact between business and technical teams, fostering clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Supervise all stages of the project lifecycle, from initial planning to post-launch review, guaranteeing project objectives are met.
• Regularly update project status and proactively address potential risks or challenges to project success.
• Utilize data and performance metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to refine processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Expertise in Magento Ecommerce, PHP and MySQL.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in the retail industry.
• Proficiency in Magento Ecommerce is a must.
• Demonstrated ability to manage e-commerce projects from conception to completion.
• Strong technical skills including proficiency in PHP.
• Solid understanding and experience with MySQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
