This is a job for Patient Care Manager Home Health position with the company located in Ocean Springs, MS area.
Responsibilities: Hospice RN sought for 4- or 6-week assignment, with the potential to extend. Schedule would be 5x8 day shifts, Monday-Friday. There is also a minimum on call expectation of 2 nights per week. The average daily patient load is 5 patients.
Qualifications:
MS or Compact RN license. HCHB experience required. 1+ year hospice experience within the past 3 years. Must be experienced with doing admissions.
