Job Title: Tool and Die Maker
Job Description
Join our team as a Tool and Die Maker and contribute to crafting high-quality metal parts used in various industries including agriculture, construction, trucking, forestry, and mining. In this role, you will manufacture and assemble fixture and tooling components, perform maintenance, sharpen cutting tools, handle rework on non-conforming parts, and submit them for inspection. Additionally, you will perform manual machining operations, including manufacturing prototypes, setting up, and running CNC mills.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.
Work Environment
Candidates can choose from three shifts with premium pay for 2nd and 3rd shifts. The shop is busy with work orders set through 2025, providing a stable work environment. It is well-lit though somewhat dirty. There is a significant amount of optional overtime available, with some candidates working over 50 hours of OT. Welding skills are preferred but not required.
