Leidos has a current job opportunity for a Knowledge Management SME on the DISA GSM-O TN 13 program on Fort Meade, MD.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position provides dedicated knowledge management SME support to the DISA J3/5/7 SES Executive Suite. The candidate shall maintain oversight of all J3/5/7 Executive Suite KM efforts and develop an overall strategy and plan to present the KM efforts to the public for the SES.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide an in-depth knowledge and understanding of:

• Develop and design public facing web pages using Out of the Box SharePoint Online pages that are appealing and utilize effective Graphic User Interfaces.

• Maintain, review, and update workflows on SharePoint, as well as MS365 applications in order to enhance overall KM related management.

• Advise Senior Leadership on the establishment and orchestration of KM in order to enable decisions and operations, to include:

• Information management

• Battle rhythm support

• Technology efforts

• Provide KM support with respect to strategic messaging to command wide announcements

• Develop and implement effective content management practices

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of prior IT experience. Additional work experience or Cyber courses/certifications may be substituted in lieu of degree.

• Experience with MS Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

• Good oral and written communication skills

Intimate knowledge of SharePoint Online

• Content lists

• Related/linked lists

• SharePoint Web parts

Knowledge of programming languages

• Java Script

• HTML

• Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)

• jQuery

• SQL

• Angular 6

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently possess DoD 8570 / 8140 certification at IAT Level II

• SharePoint MCITO, MCSE, MCSD, or MSM Certification

• Experience with Visual Studio 2015

• ITIL V3 or V4

• Experience briefing senior leaders

Pay Range:

Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00
