The Commercialization & Validation Engineering team is responsible to ensure a flawless introduction of new products and technologies. With a focus on "first time right" execution, we ensure top quality, consistent performance, regulatory compliance, and optimized margins – all delivered with exceptional speed. Besides New Product Launches, the team is also on the lookout for optimalizations of our current product portfolio by defining project that has a positive impact on Operational Excellence, improve labor efficiency and Right First Time. The team is also responsible for interplant product transfers and transit testing. The teams works closely with internal and external stakeholders from project briefing to launch. For example, the team will develop robust technical commercialization plans, conduct thorough risk analysis, develop recovery plans, and ensure seamless alignment with technical milestones to ensure success.
What can you expect from an internship at the Commercialization & Validation Engineering department?
Personal Team interactions : You will work in a small team. This allows you to work very closely with colleagues to obtain the necessary support to bring your project to a successful conclusion.
Optimization of processes : By working on several smaller projects (IT related or streamlining current processes), this offers the opportunity to develop your project management skills (initiation, elaboration, implementation of projects).
Stakeholder management : To successful complete your projects, you will also need your communication skills to reach an agreement with the departments involved
Efficient Documentation and Procedures: the outcome of your projects will be reflected in our internal procedures. You can support in this documentation process.
Skills in PDS, SAP, QMS systems: when working on your projects, you will learn different systems that are commonly used in the Operational Workfield
Perseverance and Problem-Solving: You are determined to take on challenges and find solutions, even under pressure.
Strong Communication Skills: You have experience in facilitating meetings and leading gatherings to achieve team goals.
Excellent Planning and Organization: You are able to create detailed schedules and follow them closely, with the ability to think and act outside the standard structure.
Qualifications
Study orientation: Business Management, Communication Management, International Business
Student status/internship under school contract (Master or Bachelor)
Fluency in Dutch. Good knowledge of English
Available for a minimum of 12 weeks - preferred longer
Start in January, February or March
