Core Responsibilities

As our newField AccountManager,you will have Copenhagen asyour primary district. With our partner retail stores you will:

  • Identifynew salesopportunities and maximize sales in stores throughfact basedperformance dialogues and action plans.

  • Execute in-store campaigns and build disruptive exposures in store and mirror those online

  • Deliver strong selling pitches to the stores to agree on 2nd placements to increase visibility of our products in stores online.

  • Ensure that stores follow visual merchandising guidelines and represent the LEGO® brand for shoppers and consumers. Address any opportunities and coach store teams on every visit.

  • Establish and train store teams withaimto elevatethe brand position,standardsand execution online and in stores (product knowledge, sales techniques, merchandise standards).

  • Attendcustomer fairs,buildrelationshipanddrivegrowthof your store portfolio.

  • Promote total customer service and LEGO® culture, as the most important consideration in every transaction.

As part of the Nordic Business Unit setup, the Field Sales team exists alongside the Sales/KAM, Operations and Marketing teams.

The main responsibility of the Field Sales team is to drive executional excellence throughbest-in-classimplementation of campaigns & In Store solutions whilst also improving sales through thought leadership and store level advisory.

Do you have what it takes?

Youprobably havea bachelor's degree in abusiness-relatedfield addedwithprovenretail management experience in roles like store manager,district manager,sales rep, field account manager or alike. Moreover, youpossess:

  • Strong result orientations with the end game (store level execution and sales) in mind.Analytical and commercial approach to drive critical retail metrics and improve in-store performance

  • Good understanding and knowledge of driving sales digitally, usingSoMeand digital tools for driving traffic, conversion and building brand awareness

  • Proven experience in training and encouraging store staffin regards toselling skills, product knowledge, digital marketing, visual merchandizing

  • A focused,braveand curious mentality and ability to work with agility in a constantly evolving environment.

  • Strong communicationand negotiation skills andpossessa positive and independently can-do attitude

  • Ability to be structured, process and planning oriented

  • Energy to thrive in afield basedrole with need to display flexibility around ways of working and frequent travel (travel to Sweden once every two weeks and 4 times in 6 months travel to Billund, DK). Driver licenseisneeded.

  • Fluencyin Englishlanguage skills.

  • Danish language skills will be an advantage.
