Job Title: Maintenance Technician (night shift)
Job Description
We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our team in North Ogden. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our production equipment.
Responsibilities
Work with cutting-edge technology and innovation in beverage manufacturing.
Report to the Technical Director.
Install, startup, and shutdown equipment in accordance with company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
Perform mechanic skills including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and troubleshooting for the repair and maintenance of production equipment.
Carry out logistics work, including receiving goods, preparing goods for upcoming production orders, and loading bulk product for shipment.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, food safety, and legal regulations.
Maintain strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Ensure compliance with the Company's Integrated Management Systems, including Production, Quality, Food Safety, and GMP.
Essential Skills
At least 2 years of experience working in manufacturing maintenance.
Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to understand and safely use various hand tools and power tools.
Knowledge of electrical components such as VFDs, motor starters, and temperature sensors.
Experience with industrial electrical up to 480 VACS.
Experience with controls, instrumentation, and PLC/software & hardware.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education required.
Trade or vocational school education preferred.
Experience with blending systems, pumps, valves, and think tops preferred.
Experience working in a food and beverage manufacturing facility preferred.
Experience with homogenizers, sterilizers, and hydraulics preferred.
Knowledge of BRC/HACCP, Environment, and Sustainability.

Work Environment
The work environment is a manufacturing facility. Night shift hours are from 7:00pm to 7:00am, with an alternating schedule of 3-2-2 including alternating weekends.

This is a Permanent position based out of Ogden, Utah.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $79040.00
