Liberty Healthcare now is hiring for full-time "Habilitation Specialist" positions at the Robert M. Greer Center in Enid.
The Greer Center is an intermediate care facility which provides a wide array of services to adults who have developmental disabilities and behavioral support needs.
This is a great career opportunity for experienced direct support professionals as well as a great opportunity for those who are not yet experienced but would like to be trained.
This is a challenging and rewarding position, with day to day responsibilities including:
Working with directly with clients
Continuously monitoring client activities, behaviors, health, and safety
Providing appropriate interventions as necessary
Engaging in pro-social activities with clients
Supporting clients who need assistance with their activities of daily living
Helping clients build related skills which will foster independence and good health
As a Habilitation Specialist and full-time employee of Liberty Healthcare you can expect:
$18.54 per hour (approximately $38,500 annually)
An additional $1.00 per hour shift differential for hours worked between 6pm and 6am
$1,000 sign-on bonus ($250 with first paycheck + $750 after 6 months of employment)

You can choose to work one of the following available shifts options:
6:15 am to 3:00 pm
2:15 pm to 11:00 pm
10:30 pm to 7:00 am

Healthcare, human services, or other professional / personal caregiver experience is helpful but not required as training is provided.
