We are a very well established customer service based agency so there is no cold calling, no quotas, and compensation is not commission based.
We are looking for someone to join our team to assist policyholders with their insurance needs. This includes quoting and writing new policyholders, reviewing coverages to make sure they are properly protected, answering billing and policy questions as well as assisting with navigating the claims process.
Must be good with people and able to multi-task.
No insurance experience required however you must be able to obtain the Michigan Property & Casualty insurance license. We do cover the cost of this.
