Description We are inviting applications for the role of a PC Technician based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The successful candidate will be joining our team to provide on-site technical support, focusing on servers, networking, and desktop systems. You will act as the main point of contact for our clients, perform troubleshooting and problem resolution for hardware, software, and network issues, and ensure a professional demeanor when interacting with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support for clients, focusing on servers, networking, and desktop systems.

• Act as the main point of contact for our clients, ranging from reception to high-profile executives.

• Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution for hardware, software, and network issues.

• Set up new computers, configure networks, and install necessary software.

• Maintain detailed documentation and adhere to established process standards.

• Collaborate with our team to assist with onboarding tasks during busy periods.

• Schedule and coordinate on-site visits with clients, including advanced planning for efficient service delivery.

• Ensure a professional and presentable demeanor when interacting with clients.

• Utilize skills in Desktop Hardware, Windows Server 2019, and Network Printers. Requirements • Proficiency in Desktop Hardware

• Experience with Windows Server 2019

• Ability to manage and troubleshoot Network Printers

• Demonstrable problem-solving skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

• Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance

• Knowledge of modern PC technologies

• Willingness to learn new technologies and maintain industry knowledge
