Paycom Online Sales Code Enablement Specialist I in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
The Sales Codes and Enablement Specialist I supports revenue generation and the sales process to all Sales Segments. They provision custom product solutions in the Paycom demo environment to demonstrate our value. This role requires technical skills including functional analysis, developing Paycom product knowledge, solution design, critical thinking, customer service, and a strong understanding our sales strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with Sales Representatives and Sales Leaders of all sales segments to architect Paycom product solutions for prospective clients for proof of concept
Assess prospect documentation and processes to devise custom product solutions for potential clients within all sales segments
Process and validate submitted payrolls from Sales Representative demo codes
Provide customer service supporting functional solution development for all Paycom products
Coach Sales Representatives on Paycom product setup best practices to instill seller confidence
Research and stay informed on federal and state specific legislation to create government compliant solutions
Lead various product and demo code related projects to support product readiness and prepare demo codes for go-to-market release
Stay informed on all current and upcoming Paycom product updates to field inquiries from Sales Representatives
Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
Experience:
1+ years of professional experience in business, communication, customer service and/or related fields including experience with Paycom
Demonstrates proficiency with computers and web conferencing
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field
Skills/Abilities:
Ability to think critically and analyze, observe and interpret information to devise creative and innovative product solutions for prospects
Problem solving-the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information by conducting research to devise a solution
Interpersonal skills-the individual is able to effectively and confidently communicate in individual or group settings
Oral and written communication-the individual communicates effectively in a clear and concise manner both verbally and non-verbally
Adaptable- Possesses an ability to adapt and successfully navigate change in a calm and confident manner
Technical-the individual must be tech savvy and have strong computer skills, preferably an experienced user of enterprise level technology. Must be advanced in Microsoft Office Skills.
Ability to review and analyze individual performance and resolution rate by applying self-coaching techniques incorporated with process improvements and metrics guided by the Team Lead
Confidence-Must present self in a humble yet capable manner and tackle tasks with confidence, particularly during times of increased pressure
Strategic- Ability to create technical solutions to strategically position products for proof sourcing purposes
