Honeywell Sr Reliability Engineer in Olathe, Kansas

Use your knowledge of manufacturing engineering fundamentals to help Honeywell Olathe deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work under limited supervision and alongside some of the world's most talented engineers. You will contribute to the development of Honeywell's next generation aerospace products by evaluating the reliability of materials, properties, and techniques used in production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops & implements HSE standards

  • Provides support to HS&E contractors

  • Ensures compliance to standards

  • Interact collaboratively with team and leadership

  • Prepare or update reports and documentation

  • Develop new techniques and analytical tools

  • Identify areas for improvement

  • Facilitate issue identification and analysis

  • Plan, lead, and execute projects

  • Facilitate issue identification and analysis

  • Will serve as a liaison between partners in the production process

  • Develop and implement total productive maintenance (TPM) across the factory in both OEM and R&O to assure production equipment is maintained in the most reliable state possible. Meet with and engage all levels of the organization to set and achieve realistic TPM goals.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
