\ SUMMARY:

The position provides customer retail account support to customers and account executives, via inbound/ outbound phone, fax and email order and service request processing, accurate order maintenance, and report generation. The following job functions are not all-inclusive.

\ RESPONSIBILITIES:

- - Field phone calls, emails and faxes from retailers, account executives and consumers regarding the processing of orders, requests for order changes, order adjustments, and cancellations.

{=html} <!-- --> - - Use internal software programs to retrieve, enter or update retailer and consumer information.

{=html} <!-- --> - - Use internal and external software programs to provide style, stock and inventory status information or manage inventory.

{=html} <!-- --> - - Make changes such as cancellations, deletions of partial adjustments to customer and consumer purchase orders.

{=html} <!-- --> - - Process customer and consumer return authorizations and refunds.

{=html} <!-- --> - - Research and resolve customer and consumer service requests.

{=html} <!-- --> - - Maintain accurate and complete customer files.

{=html} <!-- --> - Process internal reports used to manage customer and consumer orders.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- - High school degree, GED or equivalent

{=html} <!-- --> - - Previous experience with help desk or customer service preferred

{=html} <!-- --> - - Excellent verbal / written communication skills, interpersonal skills and telephone manners

{=html} <!-- --> - - A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

{=html} <!-- --> - - PC and Microsoft Office proficient, Internet literate, data entry

{=html} <!-- --> - - 35 wpm typing skills

{=html} <!-- --> - - Outstanding organizational skills
