Job Ad: Cable Assembler
Pay range: $22-$27/hr
Location:Oldsmar, FL
Employment Type:Full-time – Contract to Hire
Key Responsibilities:
Perform assembly tasks using diagrams, drawings, and detailed instructions.
Make initial layouts and use hand and/or power tools, jigs, saws, and other equipment.
Conduct continuity checks on work in process and on completed assemblies.
Perform quality inspections on the processing line in accordance with established quality specifications.
Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies as per specifications and under simulated conditions.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following all safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
Experience in production assembly, particularly with electronic or mechanical components.
Ability to read and interpret diagrams, drawings, and other technical documentation.
Skilled in using a variety of hand and power tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures.
