JOB SUMMARY:
[We are seeking an experienced Mower/Landscaper who can work independently or with a small crew as needed. While the majority of the work will involve mowing, it is essential to have strong general landscaping skills, including cleanups, mulching, shrub trimming, planting, and weeding. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Perform mowing and advanced landscaping tasks with precision and care.
- Execute various landscaping activities, including cleanups, mulching, shrub trimming, planting, and weeding.
- Operate and maintain various types of mowers (zero turns, standers, push mowers).
- Complete additional tasks as required to maintain and enhance client properties.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and used safely.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Adhere to company standards and safety protocols.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
At least 3 years in the landscaping industry.
Proficiency with Equipment:
Skilled in using all types of mowers and landscaping tools.
Landscaping Knowledge:
General knowledge of Maryland plants and weeds.
References:
Provide references from former landscaping jobs and reasons for leaving.
Detail-Oriented:
