Planate Management Group LLC Senior Property Manager (Subic, Zambales) in Olongapo City, Philippines

Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida USA with technical support centers in South East Asia and East Africa, that provide program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its Service (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) missions, along with other US federal agencies, all over the world.

The Senior Property Manager is responsible for locating viable properties for the company and overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of said properties.

This part-time position is based in Subic, Zambales with travels to different office locations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Locate and coordinate different possible office locations

  • Ensure property expenses, taxes, maintenance costs are up to date

  • Inspect properties and manage repairs

  • Maintain properties and resolving employee complaints

  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop property management staff.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.

  • Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair activities.

  • Ensure all work is completed to high standards and within budget.

  • Conduct regular property inspections and address issues promptly.

  • Ensure properties comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.

  • Develop and implement risk management strategies.

  • Oversee safety and security protocols for all properties.

  • Prepare regular reports on property performance for senior management.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records.

  • Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements.

    Qualifications to be successful in the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in property management, with at least 2 years in a senior role.

  • Certified Property Manager (CPM) or equivalent certification preferred.

  • Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills

  • Organized and able to multitask efficiently

  • Able to work on a flexible work schedule

  • Resourceful, self-reliant, self-motivated

  • Possesses a valid driver’s license
