Citigroup Reference Data Management Analyst in Olsztyn, Poland

Entity Data Management Team (EDM) is part of the Data and Regulatory Operations responsible for providing Clients reliable sources of the reference data.

Our main role is to search, gather and manage information regarding legal entities in an extended timeline. What is more, we review the collected information, search new one, provide updates to reflect the ownership changes or such basics as the company’s name or address. We assure that the information we have is valid and up to date as well as is in line with the global, legal regulations.

We use internal and external sources of information daily – we regularly investigate the data available on the Internet: official registries, companies’ websites etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Search of legal entities information using Google, official companies’ websites, country registry etc.

  • Verification of collected information with regards to its credibility

  • Update of the Bank’s data base in line with the internal procedures

  • Participation in local and global projects

Qualifications:

  • English at a very good level (written and spoken):- The ability to work with documents and texts and provide conclusions- The ability to make decisions based on the conducted analysis in English

  • Basic knowledge of Excel spreadsheet

  • Communication skills - the ability to run teleconferences and email correspondence with the global partners

  • Ability to manage time and tasks under time pressure
