Volt is immediately hiring for Talent Acquisition Recruiter. As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter will make an impact by: * Collaborating with members of the Talent Acquisition team where you will partner to drive process improvements and best practices to create the most efficient and effective talent acquisition process possible * Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding * Managing individual pools of candidates on requisitions * Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies * Conducting regular stakeholder meetings to educate on recruiting best practices, market data, including execution on recruiting processes and tools * Influencing and showcasing company culture to enhance our talent attraction strategy at all levels of the organization * Utilizing various channels to source and attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, professional associations, and industry events * Build and maintain a network of potential candidates * Driving operational efficiencies in a high-volume recruiting environment * Attending and participating in Diversity and recruitment events * Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey This is a full time, remote opportunity. Travel: May include up to 10-15% domestic The ideal candidate will have: * Bachelor's Degree or higher AND three (3) years of recruitment experience OR High School Diploma/GED AND seven (7) years of recruitment experience * Three (3) combined years of Corporate, Agency, and/or RPO recruitment experience in a private, public, government or military environment * Five (5) years of experience sourcing and recruiting talent in the following areas: Technical positions, Software positions, business, marketing, health care technical industry * Knowledge of different roles within the medical device sector, such as regulatory affairs, quality assurance, research and development, manufacturing, and sales. * Recent experience using Workday * Bilingual with English and Spanish required, Portuguese is a major plus * An understanding of diversity recruiting, compliance practices and applicable Federal and State laws including OFCCP, EEO, ADA and Affirmative Action * Experience sourcing using multiple strategies to create candidate pipelines in a timely and cost-effective manner resulting in successful hires * Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking and organization skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships at all levels * Experience working with HR colleagues involving a variety of HR initiatives * Ability to learn new markets to identify appropriate talent * Experience building and maintaining candidate networks through market research and on-going relationship management Pay Rate: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
