Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Carpenter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for carpentry and a strong work ethic. As a Mid-Level Carpenter, you will collaborate with our team to execute various construction projects, including framing, finishing, and remodeling tasks.
Pay: $22 - $30/HR (Pay is Based on Experience)
Incentives: With our company we offer a fast track to promotions and pay raises in the first 6 months. We offer 40 hours of earned PTO and paid holidays off!
Responsibilities:
Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, finishing, and remodeling according to project specifications
Interpret blueprints and follow building plans with precision
Safely operate and maintain carpentry tools and equipment
Collaborate effectively with team members and contractors to ensure project deadlines are met
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in carpentry
Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and building plans
Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
