Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Maintenance Technician III to assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive maintenance program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking and managing assets, monitoring equipment downtime / uptime, and overseeing continuous improvement initiatives. Under minimal supervision, the chosen individual will perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. This individual will need to perform according to safety, productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of location's business goals and objections. This role also will adhere to all site health and safety regulations. A strong work ethic, exemplary attendance, and attention to detail are essential. Essential Functions of the Job: Assist in the Maintenance Program Development: focusing on preventive and predictive maintenance for manufacturing equipment. Asset Management: MVP to maintain a detailed inventory of manufacturing assets. Keep track of assets added or removed and ensure accurate tracking of equipment status and lifecycle. Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians. Provide training and support to ensure adherence to maintenance best practices. Maintenance Execution: Oversee all maintenance activities, ensuring they are completed efficiently and in compliance with safety standards. Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production and plant's facility equipment. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align maintenance strategies with overall business objectives. Planning & Scheduling: Works closely with the Operations team to coordinate/ schedule maintenance activities related preventive/ predictive maintenance as well as planned and unplanned downtime. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Purchase critical spares to ensure needs from local vendors to perform required duties. Order Parts. Perform all other duties as, assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 5-10 years industrial maintenance experience/ High School Diploma or equivalent work experience and/or education. Proven track record in developing and implementing maintenance programs. Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree in industrial maintenance Vocational or Technical in related areas Industry experience preferred. Supervisory experience. Experience with PLCs, robotics, and / or electrical troubleshooting. Knowledge and Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Computer Skills: Proficiency in Excel, CMMS and other
