In this role, you\'ll play a key part in supporting our organization\'s financial health and strategic direction. Day to day you will be responsible for: Partner with operational and clinical leaders to analyze financial data and performance metrics. Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making Stay up to date on healthcare industry trends and regulations What\'s Available: Full time, 80 hours bi-weekly (1.0 FTE) Monday-Friday core business hours Location: Onalaska, WI - Support Services Building Training duration: Onsite for a few months at our Onalaska, WI Support Services Building; After training the ability to have a hybrid schedule. However, must be willing to work onsite at least 3 days a week. What You\'ll Need: Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Work experience 5-7 years as an Accountant, Financial Analyst, Auditor, or similar field.
