Aston Carter Entry Level Accounting Assistant in Ontario, California

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Conduct low margin reporting across all locations.

  • Implement price increases for all locations.

  • Generate comprehensive reports summarizing margin analysis results.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of margin analysis.

  • Communicate insights and findings effectively to relevant stakeholders.

  • Identify and analyze trends in margin performance.

Weekly Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review low-margin reports.

  • Execute and monitor price increases.

As-Needed Responsibilities:

  • Perform audits on POP (Point of Purchase) reports.

  • Conduct blanket audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.

  • Carry out customer audits to verify data integrity.

  • Provide support to the team as required.

Qualifications:

  • Accounting experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and v-lookups)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High School Diploma required
