McAfee, Inc. Senior Product Manager, Core Protections in Ontario
Role Overview:
We are looking for a new team member who is passionate about protecting consumers from digital threats, and who wants to join our collaborative team as a Senior Product Manager to help build world class protection capabilities. You will develop and drive a roadmap that is grounded in a deep understanding of the customer, business, and technology. Leveraging your full range of product management skills, you will identify the most important work to be done, refine requirements until they are simple and robust, ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned, define and measure outcomes, and celebrate and communicate results. This position reports to the Group Product Manager, Core Protections.
This is based in Canada as a remote position. We will only consider candidates currently in Canada and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
About the Role:
You will own the strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of protection features.
You will prioritize the backlog to ensure teams are working on the highest value items.
You will create requirements, test briefs, and product concepts.
You will collaborate across functions to drive initiatives from definition through execution.
You will work with the data team to validate product efficacy and value delivered.
You will partner with marketing to drive go-to-market plans across channels.
You will make buy/build/partner recommendations.
You will nurture strong relationships with technology partners.
You will gain a deep understanding of McAfee’s customers, business, products, and technologies.
About You:
You have 5+ years of experience in product management.
You are familiar with software development best practices.
You have knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and threats, such as device security and/or online data privacy(preferred, not must-have).
You can manage large, complex initiatives independently.
You are focused on delivering outcomes, not output.
You have excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
You are driven to think critically, ask tough questions, and give constructive feedback.
You have exceptional collaboration, influence, and communication skills.
You are customer experience driven.
You are comfortable presenting to executives and partners.
