Splunk Senior Technical Program Manager, Product Strategy & Operations (US Remote) in OR, United States

We are looking for a smart, hard-working, and experienced Sr. Technical Program Manager with a large spectrum of experience working in larger and smaller companies in a high-tempo constantly evolving environment!

You will be part of a dynamic, ambitious team whose charter is: to scale the product organization with advisory programs, tools, and mechanisms to support the product life cycle, planning and prioritization, and customer feedback collection. The vision for this role is to support three key areas over time starting with our integration into Cisco and our Product Compliance initiatives and then moving on to the customer feedback programs.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Clarify the Product organization's integration work streams, identifying owners, and supporting collaboration across business entities to align activities and outcomes where needed

  • Deliver prepared product compliance guidance, awareness, and direction to internal stakeholders

  • Engage with cross-functional teams to provide regular updates to Product Strategy, Planning, and Operations leadership for initiatives

  • Support the end-to-end processes for our feedback programs to track and measure feedback from customers to the product team and close the cycle back to our customers upon delivery

  • Lead initiatives across our feedback programs from kickoff to delivery while driving ongoing improvements in our systems and tools

  • You will work closely with all levels of the Sales, Marketing, GTM, and Product Management org to ensure program outcomes are achieved.

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent experience

  • Extensive experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) aspects regarding product security, vulnerability management, cloud delivery, automation, and application integrations

  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills

  • Ability to collaborate with executive leadership and key business leaders to deliver programs and keep them advised of program status and achievements

  • Effective leadership skills to build relationships, and trust to create a collaborative environment (leading with empathy)

  • Resilient with a growth mindset to see obstacles as opportunities and creative enough to identify solutions

  • Proven ability to prioritize initiatives to stay aligned with the product strategy by utilizing data from multiple input sources

  • Functional working knowledge of global compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC, PCI, HIPAA etc.)

Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out below, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.

Base Pay Range

SF Bay Area, Seattle Metro, and New York City Metro Area

Base Pay Range: 159,200.00 - 218,900.00 per year

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Washington (excludes Seattle Metro), Washington DC Metro, and Massachusetts

Base Pay Range: 143,280.00 - 197,010.00 per year

All other cities and states excluding California, Washington, Massachusetts, New York City Metro Area and Washington DC Metro Area.

Base Pay Range: 127,360.00 - 175,120.00 per year
