Empowering Youth Through Nature, Education, and Compassion

We’re hiring an IT Tech/Assistant at Sycamore Canyon Academy located in ORACLE, ARIZONA. This person will provide basic IT assistance to staff at a youth-residential facility. Our employees are dedicated and passionate individuals that are committed to inspiring positive change in the lives of youth. Duties:

  • Set up hardware

  • Install software

  • Troubleshoot

  • Create records of repairs and fixes

  • Ensure privacy and data protection

  • Repair or replace damaged items

  • Experience working with at-risk youth

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish STRONGLY preferred.

  • High school diploma/GED/equivalent - Degree preferred.

  • 1 year of professional experience working with at-risk youth

  • 3 years' experience in IT.

  • Ability to pass all background checks including drug screening/driving record.

  • Ability to multitask and work well with others.
