If this is a workplace for you, come build your future with us. Job Overview:We are seeking a Job Captain to join our team of professionals. This full time, exempt position will prepare project designs and provide directions to designated personnel to ensure that the produced drawings and BIM models meet quality and performance standards as well as budget targets.Responsibilities:•Directs the activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documentation.•Develops and implements solutions to challenges identified during the project’s design.•Issues required Request for Information (RFI) documents and the corresponding follow-up to obtain answers, as needed.•Resolves outstanding issues documenting answers and resolutions to questions and obstacles.•Develops, in conjunction with designated personnel, the individual project manloaded schedules and overall department schedules. Ensures that VDC schedules are met along with Job Cost progress reports.•Oversees the use of the computer network to ensure that all files and data are preserved in accordance with organizational standards.•Coordinates documents with other job captains, designers, clients, and other trades.•Prepares project designs using Revit software and equipment.
