Robert Half Accounting Manager in Orange, Connecticut
Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Manager in Orange, Connecticut. The role primarily involves overseeing the daily accounting activities, including the posting of entries and adjustments related to a new ERP system implementation.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the implementation of a new ERP system and ensure the accurate recording of entries and adjustments.
• Analyze financial data and prepare financial statements to validate the financial results in the new system.
• Utilize advanced Excel and NetSuite skills to manage and analyze accounting data.
• Handle the month-end close process, ensuring all journal entries and account reconciliations are completed in a timely manner.
• Conduct financial analysis to review activity and ensure the accuracy of financial results.
• Utilize Oracle NetSuite Technologies to streamline accounting processes and enhance financial reporting. Requirements • Proven experience with Journal Entries is essential
• Mastery in Account Reconciliation is required
• Must possess skills in Financial Statement Preparation
• Strong Financial Analysis skills are a must
• Proficiency in carrying out Month End Close tasks is necessary
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential
• Experience with NetSuite software is a requirement
• Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite Technologies is needed
