Providence Associate Manager Clinic Operations - General Surgery - Milwaukie and Willamette Falls in Oregon City, Oregon

Description

The Clinic Manager 1 provides ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure cost-effective and quality operations of the clinic. Ensures strategic integration of care and clinical practices to provide an optimal patient experience. Leads staff to ensure that patient care services are provided in a timely manner which are sensitive to the patient's physical, psychological, and spiritual needs. Ensures compliance with established clinical policies and procedures. Participates in PMG-wide special projects, committees or task forces as requested.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Healthcare Or 4 years' experience in healthcare with 1 year managing staff.

  • 1 year Clinic Management experience.

  • 1 year Experience developing key relationships within an integrated delivery system such as hospital, health plan and support departments.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 4 years

  • Internal applicants: Completion of Leadership Trainings. Such as Embark, Leadership Ground Works, etc.
