Positions are available in Transportation Design, Transportation Construction, Land Development, Traffic & Roundabouts, and Local Government. Job Responsibilities Lead a project team to ensure quality work Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets Manage project scope, schedule, and staffing Effectively communicate with clients Ensure project-specific delivery requirements are met Lead project pursuits, secure contract work, negotiate contracts, and provide updates as requested Provide mentorship, guidance, and development to staff Develop and maintain client and stakeholder relationships Collaborate with colleagues and utilize internal resources to continuously enhance your professional skills Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems that arise during the project lifecycle Administer JT\'s Quality Assurance process for all projects ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Job Requirements A Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university 7+ years of relevant experience with multiple years leading projects A Professional Engineer (PE) License (preferred) Strong understanding of industry standard design software (i.e., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Technical competence in developing and managing project budgets Knowledge of client standards and Quality Control processes A valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation to worksites, meetings with clients, and attend conferences To be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, restrictions, or need for work sponsorship) in the country where this position is located To occasionally travel out-of-town and overnight for professional development and/or project-related work ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online: https://jt-engineering.com/careers/
