Are you a leader who wants to make a difference in the lives of others? CTF Illinois is seeking an organized, motivated, and caring professional to join our Team as a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring the day-to-day operations of our THRIVE Day Program in Tinley Park,Il.

Overview:

• Monday through Friday Days (no on-call)
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), including hiring, training, and mentoring
• Accurately report monthly attendance and payroll information
• Advocate for each persons desires and needs, ensuring their voice is heard
• Monitor DSP performance including annual evaluations
• Coordinate with other departments including, but not limited to, Human Resources, Nursing, and Case Management
• Ensure sites are in clean condition and equipment/supplies are in safe, working condition
