What We're Looking For: Excellent people skills – communication and relationship building are key! Experience with invoicing. ⏰ Time management pro – juggling multiple tasks is no problem for you! A friendly, professional phone voice. Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and a sprinkle of Photoshop. A team player with a “can-do” attitude. Willingness to learn about our awesome products through training.

Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing: Answering phones and assisting customers with a smile!
Communicating with retail partners via email and phone.
️ Supporting end consumers on our D2C platforms.
❓ Problem-solving and answering customer questions.
Entering daily orders into our EMS platform (don't worry, we'll train you! ).
Managing and checking production orders in our global platform (training provided).
Collaborating with sales agents and office staff.
Taking on additional office duties as needed – every day's an adventure!
