Biller Genie Payments Specialist in Orlando, Florida
Biller Genie is seeking a results-driven and knowledgeable Payments Specialist to join our growing Orlando team!
The ideal candidate is a knowledgeable industry leader who excels both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This individual will serve as the expert on merchant services for the company, offering oversight and contributing to the development of processes for onboarding and merchant setup.
This role is an on-site position. It is based in the Orlando area near International Drive, just minutes from I-4 and the Turnpike. A relocation bonus may be offered to qualifying candidates. Primary Job Responsibilities:
Leverage your expertise as the subject matter expert on all things Merchant Services to teach and support team members.
Establish process and provide oversight for onboarding and merchant setup.
Perform data entry and ensure consistency between various technology applications.
Act as the point of escalation and resolution for payment issues as needed.
Serve as the central point of contact between internal and external teams.
Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in merchant services.
Minimum 3+ years of hands on administrative or data entry experience.
Proven leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to perform in a high-energy high-expectation environment.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to absorb technical information and apply it to business solutions.
