Job Summary:

The S tudent Recruitment Manager ensures the growth and quality of prospective applicants for AHU. The Manager communicates the mission of AHU to prospective students, their families, guidance counselors and other key stakeholders on behalf of the University. Helps to generate new qualified inquiries & applicants for Associate’s, Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral degree programs. Builds relationships with prospective students that have inquired about AHU and their desired program. The Manager discovers any needs or concerns on the part of the prospective students, communicates how AHU and their desired program can best meet those needs and encourages them to apply. Communicates with prospective students by face-to-face, phone, email, video, fax, and text. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

You Will Be Responsible For:

Demonstrates behaviors at AdventHealth University in harmony with the “Four Words” Nurture, Excellence, Spirituality, and Stewardship

  • Travels within a designated territory or specific grouping and builds relationships with all prospective students, college and high school guidance or career counselors within the assigned territory or grouping.

  • Represent AHU at college fairs, high school visits, and other off-campus events; makes presentations to high school audiences, community college staff, students, and other groups.

  • Communicates and explains the admission process through face-to-face or virtual interactions, follows-up, and maintains accessibility for questions and concerns.

  • Reports to the Director of Recruitment and works together to review enrollment trends, manage and target specific recruiting efforts.

  • Takes an active role in maintaining and updating the communication auto process in Goldmine (CRM) for prospective students and provides input for applicants.

  • Maintain and analyze all marketing and recruiting efforts to determine future planning with the Director of Recruitment.

Qualifications

What Will You Need:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or other higher education field

  • Demonstrated success working with students or customers in a highly professional and student/customer focused environment.

  • Three years of experience in higher education or related recruitment, outreach, or public relations

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:

· Current valid State of Florida Class “E” driver’s license and driving record in accordance with AdventHealth policy
