Job Description
BAWフィルターの新規プロセス開発において、自動光学検査(AOI) やMetrology工程を担当して頂きます。
- 新製品に求められるデバイス特性を実現するため、各プロセスステップにおいて、必要となる工程管理項目を決定し、高精度に管理できる測定条件を設定頂きます。
- 新プロセスの開発段階で、AOIを使用して、デバイスの外観の異常を早期に抽出し、関連工程にフィードバックし、対策を講じて、プロセスの完成度を向上させます。
- 新規プロセス開発において、デバイス特性管理の精度向上を実現するための新規測定装置や、デバイス外観異常を精度よく抽出できるAOI等の選定から立上げ、量産適用に関しても、担当頂きます。また、AOIやMetrologyを効率よく推進するためのソフトウエアの提案や選定、納入に関しても担当業務範囲となります。
- 上記をメイン業務とし、他のプロセス開発メンバーや他の部門（設計、製造、品質保証部門等）と緊密に連携して、各種、技術的な問題の解決にも参画して頂きます。
Requirements
必須
- ＢＡＷやＳＡＷのＲＦフィルターや半導体関連の業態において、AOIやMetrology工程(もしくは関連設備 等)のプロセスエンジニアとして3年以上のご経験
- 半導体製造工程(リソグラフィー、ドライエッチ、メタル成膜、絶縁膜成膜、ウェット、CMP、検査 等)及び半導体デバイスに関する知識
- Windows, Excel, PowerPointなどの基本的なビジネスITスキル。

- 半導体デバイスにおけるプロセスフロー構築及び最適化（計測手法の確立も含む）、プロセス構造設計の経験
- 半導体デバイスにおける新規プロセス・新規製品の量産導入の経験
- プロジェクトリーダー、チームリーダー、モジュールリーダーとして半導体デバイスに携わった経験
- 半導体デバイスにおける歩留改善活動の推進経験
- Clean room作業及び各種測定の取り扱い経験（CD-SEM、膜厚測定など）
- ExensioやJMP等、様々な分析ツールを使った各種データ分析のご経験
- 優れたコミュニケーションスキル、英語での書面及び口頭でのコミュニケーションが可能
