Job Description:

業務内容インダストリアル業界（オートモーティブ、エレクトロニクス等）におけるOEMへの3Mの工業用接合材（両面テープ、接着剤）と特殊片面テープの用途開拓とスペックインセールス。コンバーター（テープ加工メーカー）と連携を取りながらOEMへ直接コンタクト、製品・ソリューションの提案を行い、時には社内の技術やマーケティング担当のサポートを得ながら、スペックイン活動を行います。 仕事のやりがい対応している業界が幅広く、多種多様なお客様とコミュニケーションをすることで多面的な視野が身に着き、その後のキャリアアップにも役立ちます。成功へ導くために、同メンバーや他部署との協業でプログラムをリードすることにより、プロジェクトマネージメントスキルを習得することができます。新規顧客、新規用途開拓もあり、新しいことに対するチャレンジを経験することができます。 求める人物像売上に対して貪欲で挑戦を厭わない突破力を持った人。誠実であり、かつ営業目標に対して、強い責任感を持って取り組める人。自己管理をしっかり出来る人。 必須条件営業職経験年数3年以上最終学歴四大卒以上普通自動車運転免許日本語スキル ネイティブレベル 歓迎条件英語スキル TOEIC 550点または同等以上のスキルスペックインビジネス経験者
